• Input the value added advise during design, to obtain efficiencies and minimize risks.
• Construction contract drafting and tendering to achieve cost plan, risk, quality and schedule requirements.
• Administration of the contracts, cordination and supervision of construction.
• Coordination of commissioning integrated with fit out or completion requirements.

Being a Building Contractor enables us to offer additional service to clients who prefer us to run the project as their main contractor. Some of our repeated clients have chosen a combination of these two services that offers maximum flexibility for them.
