Our Code of Conduct and Values

PT Devco Projects work as a team and conduct our work in an ethical manner to earn and maintain the confidence of Client, team members, colleagues and the public. We shall maintain high standards of professional conduct and advance our integrity which is not negotiable and the prestige of our services by practicing in a dignified manner. Projects are undertaken only if qualified after full disclosure.

In relation with our employers and clients, we

• Act as faithful agents for Clients in professional and business matter.
• Neither give nor accept, directly or indirectly, any gift, payment or service of more than nominal value to or from those having business relationship with our employers or clients.
• Keep information on the business affairs or technical processes of an employers or client in confidence while employed, and later until such information is properly released.
• Be honest and realistic in reporting project cost, schedule and performance.

We also seek to extend public knowledge and appreciation of the project management profession and its achievements.
